Waters Gulch Trail Field Trip
Saturday, March 23rd, meet at Chase Bank on Dana Drive at 9 am
This botanically-diverse trail never fails to disappoint and this year we will catch early spring blooming wildflowers. This four-mile hike is easy to moderate difficulty and is fairly level with a few steep sections. We will see a wide diversity of plants as we walk through different habitats, oak woodland, chaparral, riparian, and mixed hardwood/conifer forests.
Bring closed-toe shoes, water, and lunch or snacks. Please go to our Meetup site to reserve a space and be sure to sign our waiver on our website. You must sign the waiver to attend unless you have earlier this year. Waiver: https://www.ecoshasta.org/events/trip-event-waiver/
